1) Dynamic sender ID is not supported in Taiwan. It will be delivered via long code.

2) Taiwan has tightened its real-name registration policy, requiring the end-client company, brand, or product name to appear at the very beginning of the message content as the sender signature. Real-name registration information: The sender signature and message content must be whitelisted and approved to ensure successful delivery.

3) To whitelist the signature & message content, the following information is required:
– Business license or company registration certificate of the end customer
– Front and back of the legal representative’s ID card or passport
– Signature displayed in the text
– Signatures may include: company name, brand name, marketing campaign name, etc., and supporting documentation must be provided.
